Hi, I’m Katie.
I hold a Business degree from the University of the West of England, NEBOSH Health & Safety qualifications, and a Level 3 certificate in Lettings Management.
For over 10 years I worked in HR management and customer service with a local business, building skills in people management and problem-solving. During the maternity leave of my second child, I decided to take a new career path.
As a landlord myself for more than a decade, I know first-hand the stresses and challenges that come with property investment. Combining this personal experience with my health and safety background—and my genuine enjoyment of the people side of lettings—I founded Katie Hill Lettings in 2022.
My business is just me, focused solely on lettings (not sales). This means I can offer a truly personalised service, taking time to understand each landlord’s preferences and managing their rental properties with care and attention.
In my free time, I will be found managing my 3 young boys with endless amounts of coffee and park dates. I have an unhealthy habit of browsing Rightmove and spending money on craft projects that I never actually finish.
