We have found Katie to be very professional, yet friendly and easy to get hold of at any time that we need. As a landlord with multiple properties, we wanted to choose a small lettings agent because they offer a more personal service.

At the grand old age of 60, I rented my first property due to working away from home, Katie was superb in helping a rental novice become a tenant for the first time.
